Samantha Houston serves as the Food Systems and Safety Agent for Lexington, Calhoun, and Orangeburg counties. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Prior to joining Extension, Samantha worked in the Food and Feed Safety Division of the South Carolina Department of Agriculture.
