For July, LCBA we will have a Honey tasting and sensory class at the Lexington County Public Library. Members or new visitors are invited, however, we need you to register for the event. You'll never taste honey the same way again. Learn how to characterize the sensory profile of honeys--light, dark, flavor profiles.
